U of T faculty and staff were invited to the Summer Access Chat as part of the Access Learning Community (ALC). Guest speakers discussed practices that support project management, partnership-development, outreach and recruitment, and programming for access initiatives.

Partnerships: This session focused on practices that support the development, nurturing and sustainability of multiple and diverse partnerships in access initiatives.

Sekou Gregg– Outreach and Program Coordinator, Dalla Lana School of Public Health

Program Development: This session focused on approaches to program development that align with participant and community realities and priorities.

Jessica Silver- Director, Student Engagement, UTM Centre for Student Engagement

Project Management: This session focused on considerations throughout the lifecycle of an access initiative, from planning to hiring, collaboration and logistics.
